Unit 05 –  Contribute to Good Working Relationships

Understand how to contribute and build good working relationships within a Creative Media workplace

What does this mean? How do we define good working relationships? What is meant by contributing to these? How do we do this?

  • Describe how to explain your own decisions clearly and constructively
  • Describe how to resolve conflict situations or dissatisfaction
  • Explain the importance of liaison with colleagues to productivity
  • Clarify, agree and revise working arrangements, promoting good working relationships
  • How do you research and plan a test for an identified opportunity
  • How do you resolve any conflict situations or dissatisfaction as necessary
  • Describe how you would liaise with appropriate colleagues to ensure effective and productive working
